what i do
I make websites, both for myself and for my employer, Planet Discover.
I try to learn something every day. Currently, I'm focusing on design and furthering my knowledge of JavaScript.
I enjoy watching quality serialized drama and a wide variety of movies.
I try to make time to play some video games.
when i grow up
As I develop my web development and design skills, I'd like to start working some freelance projects.
More immediately, and much more importantly, I will marry a wonderful woman whom I clearly don't deserve.
where i play
The web is full of playgrounds: Flickr, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, mainly.
If you're looking for content, Daring Fireball, Signal v Noise, and Boing Boing won't let you down.
why i care
Frankly, because the web matters. Open standards matter. Free exchange of information matters.
